Hi, I bought a box of crisps online from a company called Just Crisps.
The purchase date was 1st of March.
The courier they are using is evri.
The tracking has been stuck "on its way" since the 4th march.
I phoned the crisps company, who said give it until the end of next week, which I think is wrong anyone got any help.

Why? Was there a particular promise made on delivery times, or did you pay for 48 hour delivery or similar?SeriousHoax said:Hi, I bought a box of crisps online from a company called Just Crisps.

There's a chance the crisps are lost, but if they don't arrive by the end of next week, get in touch with the company and ask them to send a replacement or refund you.
How far away from the company do you live? Maybe they're Walkers?

They will probably give a certain amount of time for the delivery to arrive - then refund or replace if it does not.
In my experience it was 28 days to wait for a lost delivery before the company sent a new one (although it wasn't crisps)

Most likely stuck at the salting office.

Unless you agreed otherwise, s28(3)(b) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (legislation.gov.uk) gives the seller up to 30 days after "the contract is entered into" in which to deliver the goods.SeriousHoax said:Hi, I bought a box of crisps online from a company called Just Crisps.

You can go back to the seller and specify an earlier date that "is appropriate in the circumstances", but that is something that you have to tell the seller.

Seriously, this must be a hoax getting in practice for April Fools Day.
Look at the username 😉4 -
1st March was a Friday
They were probably sent on Monday 4th, best case with Evri would be arrival on Weds 6th, but given Evris courier network they're probably sat in a depot waiting for there to be enough parcels for your area for it to be worth a courier taking them out.

Received my crisps yesterday. Apparently, the lass that usually delivers for Evri has covid.
