Landlord insurance for listed flat over a pub

Hi. Has anyone any experience of finding landlord insurance for a flat over a pub? It is also a listed building built in the 1700s.... Have searched everywhere I can think of but can't find anyone who will cover it?

Have you spoken to a proper broker? If the mainstream insurers won't touch it then they should have access to more specialist providers, unfortunately their premiums reflect the lack of competition and manual processes involved.
