Well a 2 bed in a better location and garden would get better rent if you meet and move out, or more room if they move in.0

Buy the house you want now, as it's an absolute nightmare being in chains, and buying and selling, especially all the costs! My next home isn't my forever home, and might only be for 5 years as I want to live more rural in the long run, which I can't yet do with my job.Won so far in 2017: ipad mini :j0
