Defaults dates IVA

Evening all
I entered into an IVA in March 2018 most of the defaults were issued before the IVA started and have therefore dropped off my credit file. However I have 2 that are after the IVA date, one end of April another June, I believed that these should show as default from the same time as the IVA. I have contacted Equifax to ask them to adjust it using the template but they have just come back and said they can’t adjust any dates.

Does anyone know if this is correct shall I pesue it or leave it.
In the grand scheme of things I guess it doesn’t matter so much other than I want to re mortgage ASAP and have been waiting so long for the IVA to drop off now I’m going to be left with these 2 defaults for an extra few months.

It's not correct but you're unlikely to get it changed in under 3 months and these will be gone in June
You could complain to the companies doing this. There's no downside.0 -
Equifax cannot adjust this, they simply show the data as presented to them by the firm - you would have to ask the firm to change it
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
