Trading Platforms and Tax Relief

Pretty sure the answer is no but worth asking as I can't find a definitive answer on google.

If you have lost money on investments through trading platforms such as Etoro, Trading212 etc, can you claim any income tax relief on any of the losses?

Yes you can offset them against future gains (not income tax) but you must have crystallised that loss by selling your security(s), you can't just claim your investment(s) are currently down xyz
