Bath tap that is only a hole

About a year ago I saw a tap that was just a hole. I know you are thinking that I may have dreamt this but I did not. What it is - you have your taps elsewhere and then this hole in the wall flush mounted that the water pours out of. Due to the internal config the water comes out and does not cause a splash.
I can't find it now.. anyone ever seen one or know where I can find one??
Starting to think about a new bathroom and I really want a minimalist look.

Hi,
Try searching for exafill or axor, you can get them with no hole at all, water comes out of the overflow!!!Mine needed a new fan so that must be whats wrong with yours:D0 -
We bought a bath filler from bath store. That is a metal overflow on the side of the bath and the water comes out the bottom of it. It is controlled by wall mounted valves. Very minamilist.0

ok.. I am no plumber but could the following all fit together:
http://www.homesupply.co.uk/bristan_combined_bath_filler_and_overflow_including_clicker_waste=WFILLCLC.htm
Which means we have no taps on the bath... Could have taps and shower mixer on wall..... Like this:

On a bath like this:

and then just a shower head out of the wall above the bath???
These are just examples.Lady Astor: "Winston, if I were your wife I'd put poison in your coffee."

Hi
Yes those items will go together as long as you have a good pressure.
