NS&I one time code problems

Anyone else having log in problems with receiving on time authentication code. I only have mobile not landline but tried logging in numerous times yesterday and today but don’t receive six digit verification code this has always worked in the past . Spoke to them at length yesterday and they assured me that putting in the mobile number again would solve this issue. They did that (it’s now in twice but not solved) they now say someone will contact me within 48 to 72 hours

Try using a different browser; I have the same problem with Coventry BS. If using Firefox, the verification code never appears on my iphone. I change to Chrome and everything works as it should.

I used to have a problem receiving authentication messages when I was on the Three network (Smarty).  However the problem was solved when I moved to Vodafone (Lebara)

Hello thanks again for the replies I’ve tried using chrome instead of safari no luck.
I am on sky mobile which uses O2 I think , the odd thing is I’ve used this logon procedure many time before including last month with no problem .Its really frustrating as I have the bulk of my savings in premium bonds and can’t access the account. Really makes me want to withdraw the lot (if I can ever access the account) and move the money to a bank account that works and doesn’t simply say we will get back to you in a few days!

Have you tried rebooting your phone just after you make the request? I've just had this bizarre problem trying to login to the gov.uk site. No code until I rebooted the phone 🤷‍♀️
