NCP - Wrong Parking Charge Notice received

Hi

I've looked at other topics and seen the sticky for newbies (I successfully utilised this for a different PCN received)

I have received a Parking Charge Notice to Driver from NCP for a vehicle I lease, and a letter and copy of Notice to Keeper for the company I lease my car from that transfers liability to me and gives the third party authorisation. 

However when I have looked at experiences on here, and the template letters in the case of hire/lease cars, it states that it should be a Notice to Hirer. They've not sent that. 

I intend to appeal and I wondered if there was a specific appeal reason I should give in this case, or adapt a Notice to Hirer appeal, specifying I was not the driver, and they have erred, and that even if they return as notice to hirer, I appeal based on x, y, z?

Just use the usual Edna Basher leased cars appeal anyway. Tick hirer or lessee in any dropdown box.
