Edreams Booking scam

Hi everyone 

I booked flight + hotel on edreams and I chose deluxe room with breakfast 

In my confirmation it says room only....

Now they said I can't prove I chose with breakfast and i said you can't prove i didn't...

I paid £811 all together- if you do same search online now it comes up as the same price maybe £1 more £812 for the same dates  - their website has a glitch..

I can prove it has a glitch because when i tried using a voucher thet gave me in the app it reduces the price but when I went to the payment page the price changed.... 

What do I do now? To add breakfast at thd Hotel its £20 per person per day sp £60 per day x 3 night so £180 extra - the difference in cost with and without breakfast in their online website was only £5 

I complained to their customer support - they said they reached out to hotel...but I've not heard anything yet and I'm travelling on Saturday morning...

I reached out directly to hotel but they said they can't find my booking without reservation number - which i don't have...

I only chose this hotel for the breakfast  :-( 

Has anyone had this issue before...

Lots of people have issues with consolidators, glitches galore.  You need to screen shot every page of the booking process to ensure you get what you think you are buying.

Go anyway and pay for breakfast at the hotel each day.

As you have not named the hotel we can’t really check or comment.

Many hotels will display with different room categories and different board basis. Perhaps both options (RO/BB) were given but you selected the cheaper RO by mistake.
