These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Eligibility:
This promotion is open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Groupe SEB their relatives, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. No purchase necessary. New or existing email subscribers may enter the competition. But only new email subscribers will qualify for 15% off their next order at the Official Tefal Online Store.

Promotional Period:
Competition entry period starts at 09:00hrs (GMT) on 14/02/2024 and ends at 23:59hrs (BST) on 31/03/2024. (Close date subject to change/extension and will be updated here if applicable.

Entry Instructions:
The Draw will be advertised on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/tefal.uk/) and Facebook (https://facebook.com/TefalUK) only. The competition link will be accessible via ‘Sponsored’ advertisement.

To enter you need to follow the instructions on the website (https://pages.tefal.co.uk/competition/), and submit your completed entry with at least the minimum required fields completed.

Personal data of entrants will be processed in accordance of the Promoter’s privacy policy (linked below). Competition entrants who include marketing consent with their entry agree to be contacted by the Promoter in accordance with their privacy policy.

Any illegible or invalid entries (at the Promoter’s discretion) will not be processed.

Only one entry per person. For the avoidance of doubt, if more than one entry is received from the same individual, identifiable as the same person, all such entries and any associated will be disqualified. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. No entrant can use their computer to enable multiple entries, (e.g. By the use of ‘script’ or ‘brute force’ or the use of automated devices or processes). In the event that person’s entry and all associated multiple entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

Any entrant and/or winner must comply with any directions given to him or her by the Promoter, prize provider(s) and/or their agents and with all relevant laws, rules and regulations, restrictions, and itinerary. Failure to comply with instructions, itineraries, rules, restrictions, requirements, laws and guidelines may result in an invalid entry and/or forfeiture of the prize.

The combined total value of this prize fund equates to £2,023.95, based on RRP.
For the avoidance of doubt, all retail prices are set solely at the discretion of the retailer (hereby; Tefal UK, who is also the manufactuer.)

No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize or any part of the prize (to an alternative prize or part of the prize of equal or greater value) for any reason in its sole discretion including without limitation due to circumstances beyond its control or if any part of the prize becomes unavailable. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the prize or any part of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and the Promoter will then award this the first runner up.

Winner Selection:
There will be 1 x winner selected at random from all valid entries posted before the closing date.

Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via the email address provided when entering the competition within 10 working days (Mon-Fri) of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize and make adequate contact within 7 days (Mon-Sun) thereafter, or they will lose the right to the prize and an alternative prize winner will be selected.

Winner Claim:
The winner must claim their prize by notifying Tefal/the Promoter of their date of birth, full name and contact details. By responding to the instructions in the email mentioned above. They should Direct Message the Official Tefal social media account on either Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/tefal.uk/) or Facebook (https://facebook.com/TefalUK) to make contact and claim their prize. Alternatively, the winner may also make contact via the Contact Us section of the official Tefal Shop website (https://shop.tefal.co.uk/contact), though this may take longer to generate a response and extend the time taken for the prize to be processed.

In the event that the winner cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made within the time periods set out above or, if the winner fails to meet any other eligibility requirements, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries/claims or winner notifications that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, corrupted, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.

Personal information will be shared with the Promoter’s external partners and agencies for the purposes of administrating this promotion. By opting in to marketing communications and thereby allowing the Promoters to use their details for future marketing purposes, entrants accept that the Promoters will share their personal data with external partners and agencies in order to facilitate future marketing communications from the Promoters.
