How to stop web pages from jumping upwards.

If I'm on a site, FB for example, sometimes the page will jump upwards. Is is something to do with my refresh rate? W10.

    Nothing to do with the refresh rate.
    This behaviour can be caued by many things.  Ad-blockers the most common cause.
