I wouldn't throw your husband under the bus, the PPC might take that as a transfer of liability and send him a PCN! There is no requirement for you to disclose the driver's name.

OK so make no admission on who was driving at the time and parked the vehicle? So paragraph 3 is my side of the story, what could i say under the circumstances that it was issued unfairly?

Your defence looks fine now. We didn't mean change it.  Just don't NAME him.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    strange DQN180 issue,

I emailed this 2 days after i received it following the template here.
I use gmail and i have proof of sending via my sent folder and an auto response from

    DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk

I got a letter in the post saying i have not done this and i have 7 days to do so.

I have since sent via email again both to the CNBC and the Parking firms legal team.

Now what if they still say they haven't received it?

I have sent other documents before with PDF attachments and have had no issues, I even sent a DQN180 for another ticket from the same email address and had no issues? is this a one off or have others experienced?

should I "snail mail" my DQN180 by post? or would email be okay this time?

No. Just send a complaint to the CNBC with proof of the response you received when you originally sent it. You are not the first to have this happen due to incompetence at the CNBC. You should now have two "proof" of sending and their receipt to show you have followed the required procedure.

    • When printed out, the email and any attachments, including any document embedded in another, together with sufficient copies for service on the required parties, the process or accompanying attachments do not exceed 50 pages (excluding Local Authorities, Cafcass and Cafcass CYMRU)

Due to the issues this causes with the Court’s limited resources we are therefore unable to accept your email and I would be grateful if you would now make arrangements to forward a hard copy to the Court.

    i used the email
enquiries.wolverhampton.countycourt@justice.gov.uk, i sent my witness statement and the evidence bundle. this is what the court has replied? what can i do? have i used the correct email to send the WP and Evidence?

Perhaps re-read their response. Particularly this bit...
