Tempted by the promise of cleans everything smear free and leaves your house smelling like a spa but a ridiculous price. Anyone with good chemistry knowledge: could I make my own with:-
Isopropyl alcohol
essential oil (or zoflora?)
white vinegar
water?
Thanks.

I have read some good reviews about purdy and fig but it's so expensive.
I'm not a chemist so cant comment on that.
However I have recently discovered fabulosa

I am impressed at the price, the fragrance and the effectiveness. I'm sensitive to many household products but this has been really good.
I know it may not be as "green" as purdy and fig, but a little goes a long way and the baby powder scent is gorgeous.

Baking powder and white vinegar mixed made an excellent job of cleaning my badly neglected hob.Left it on for 20 minutes and I could not believe how effective it was.
If you prefer a perfumed product add lemon/lime juice.
The baking powder I am currently using is BB January 2007!!!! The vinegar costs about 40 pence so very economical.

I'll try making my own concoction and see how it goes0 -
I've used Neat rather than P&F - similar concept. It smells very nice, the metal spray bottles are great but it isn't actually that great at cleaning tea stains for example. My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese
