PC Reboots when accessing CD Drives

OK ive had the PC running for about 3.5 hours now using the CD drives constantly and with a desktop fan blowing cold air into the back of the PC where the ports are etc..... and the problem hasnt occured - so it would suggest the PSU problem?
Ive now got to find a replacement PSU for this thing now, but not sure what to buy... my specs are:
Athlon XP2800
512MB Memory (due to be upgraded to 1.5GB imminently)
1 * CD Rom (CDRW)
1 * DVD-ROM
1*7200 RPM Disk
1*Radeon 9250 128MB Graphics
Ive opened the chassis and took a quick look, current PSU appears to be a 450W from "Eye-T Electronic Co. Ltd), model number is EE-450 (12V), the attached link seems to be the subject

..... so what do I upgrade to? - how much extra power do I need from the PSU to cater for these needs?
Thanks in advance for your help, and for that thus far to help me find the problem0 -

Looking at your list - you haven't got that much stuff drawing power ( but don't forget about USB's, etc ) - so a 450W should be suffice. However, if you google for PSU and power, there are calculators available on some web sites to help you decide how much wattage you are needing. Also think of any upgrades or additions you might be making in the coming months/years and take this into account. Either that or go for a model up - e.g. 500W
My only suggestions are:-
Don't go for cheap - you really do get what you pay for when it comes to PSU's. Read several reviews and decide on what model you want and then google for the best price.
Make sure the connectors are the right ones for your case ( e.g ATX form ? SATA, etc ) and that the PSU dimensions are ok.
I bought an Antec and it has been solid so far ( three years and counting ) and is very quiet.
