Granted probate, land registry question

Hello, hoping someone can help me please?

My mother passed away last year and we have just been granted probate.

My brother and myself were both executors of the will (however he signed a renunciation to allow me to deal with everything) and we are joint beneficiaries of the estate.

We have her property to sell which has no mortgage.

I believe I need to complete an AP1 form with Land registry to transfer the property over, but unsure whether am transferring it to just myself as the executor or to both of us a joint beneficiaries.

can anyone help?

thanks

If you are selling the property then there's no need to assign it to yourselves.

You are selling the roperty on behalf of her estate and you can proceed as you have already been granted probate. Conveyancing solicitor will be sed to this set  up.
