Wimpey no fines home buy or not?

Guys, I am looking to buy a house and did an L3 survey. The property seems to be solid build but it turns out it is non-standard wimpey no fines build.
Couple of questions,
- Will it be too difficult to sell in future?
- Is the selling price of non-standard builds less than standard builds? and shall i ask for a renogations ?
- What will be the situation of damp/coldness in these builds. Google suggests that these are bit colder than normal builds. The current owner has done an outer wall insulation and rendering afterwards. Will this make any difference?
What shall i look for in particular to decide?

It will be harder to sell because most mortgage providers aren't interested in non standard construction.
Around here there are some, nice houses, but they sell for about 50% of similar standard ones.
This is one if the reasons why British houses are crap, but there is nothing we can do about it.0 -
I didn't know what a 'no fines' house was, so looked it up. I note that the Wikipedia page says 'Most lenders will consider these for mortgage purposes without issue.'.

That's no guarantee that it's true, however.
