IVA creditors adjourned meeting

Can anyone advise??
We had our original IVA meeting adjourned due to creditors asking for more info.
we provided this further info required and the adjourned meeting was due today - with today being the last day of the 14 day limit.
……but the creditors didn’t get in contact with PAYPLAN for this adjourned meeting and it seems that we have to start the IVA application all over again?
I feel sick and am so stressed out with all of this, waiting another 3 weeks for another meeting just doesn’t feel right - any other suggestions at all?

  • Who advised you that an IVA was the best solution to your debt problem?

I am asking because IVAs are regularly miss sold and you need to be sure it is the best solution.
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.
  • We have been supported by PAYPLAN and chose an Iva rather than bankruptcy.
