The winner of the Giveaway (“Giveaway Winner”) will win:
a. two (2) passes for the Giveaway Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) for admission to the Williams Racing Paddock Club Suite at the Miami Grand Prix (“Paddock Club Suite”) on the following dates:
i. Friday 3 May 2024;
ii. Saturday 4 May 2024;
and iii. Sunday 5 May 2024;
b. return basic economy flights for the Giveaway Winner and Guest to and from Miami, Florida from the Giveaway Winner’s place of residence (or as otherwise agreed);
c. one (1) room at the Biscayne Bay Marriott;
d. Williams Racing branded car service to transport the Giveaway Winner and Guest between the airport and the Biscayne Bay Marriott;
e. for each the Giveaway Winner and Guest, one (1) set of Williams Racing Miami Collection gear containing one (1) cap, one (1) t-shirt and one (1) hoodie;
f. for each the Giveaway Winner and Guest, one (1) set of Williams Racing Team Kit, containing one (1) cap autographed by Alex Albon, one (1) cap autographed by Logan Sargeant, one (1) team hat, one (1) jersey, one (1) polo, one (1) rain jacket, and one (1) mid-layer;
g. Garage Tour for the Giveaway Winner and Guest;
and h. Grid Walk for the Giveaway Winner and Guest. such merchandise selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion and the sizes for such merchandise selected in consultation with each Giveaway Winner and subject to availability, and the dates for such prize selected in consultation with the Giveaway Winner and subject to availability (collectively, such prizes the “Prize”).
The Giveaway Winner will be contacted via email on 17 April 2024 to inform them they have won. In order to claim their Prize the Giveaway Winner must reply to such email within one (1) working day of receipt. If the Giveaway Winner does not reply to the email within one (1) working day, the Giveaway Winner forfeits the Prize. To be eligible to win the Prize, the Giveaway Winner and Guest must be available to attend: a. the Williams Racing Fan Zone on Wednesday 1 May 2024 and Thursday 2 May 2024 in Miami, Florida; and b. the Paddock Club Suite on Friday 3 May 2024, Saturday 4 May 2024 and Sunday 5 May 2024.
