Very Protect insurance question.

I have 2 'Very Protect' insurance policies on 2 electrical items, 1 that I need to make a claim on.  The problem is my account is going to be subject to a DRO.  What happens to these policies as I have already paid for both theses policies and the items a couple of years ago?
