Is anyone finding that the email for business seems to have stopped working (business@octopus.energy). Ive been able to resolve problems relating to domestic accounts using the hello@octopus.energy be it much slower than it used to be and takes some determination to get things sorted but the the business email is next to useless. The domestic customer services say they cannot help.
Its important to ensure that all the terms and conditions area understood when signing up as getting out of the contract early can be expensive. Indeed one of my queries relates to this as the website says they have had to introduce charges for leaving 24 and 36 month contracts but does not mention if this is true for 12 month ones.
