Washing machine extension hose leaks

LEAKS! !!
We have to have an extension hose due to the (very small) kitchen layout. The junction between the extension hose and the hose that comes out of the washing machine has constantly sprung leaks. The (currently AEG) washing machine hose has a pressure reducing device at the end of the hose and it's this that connects to the extension hose. See photo (from Spares2go on internet) Jubilee clips will not fit on them
We've just had, yet again, a massive leak which was detected only very, very late by the rubbish water leak detector and we've had to pull up all the flooring and dry the kitchen out. Flooring will have to be replaced. Of course the cost of dehumidifiers running day and night is not cheap either.
Although the connections were as tight as tight could be, they obviously seem to work themselves loose. It doesn't help that a) we've had to put up with massive vibrations from a new Esso pipeline installation - no response from Esso, unsurprisingly b) we live very near a busy railway line with multiple trains including heavy goods trains going past. c) the washing machine also produces vibrations.
What can we do to stop this happening again? Trying not to hunt for a plumber if we can help it?

I know you don't want to involve a plumber i had to in the end.I bought new parts off amazon = major leak water spraying everywhere.Bought parts from bosh = small dripping leak.Plumber fixed it for £25 after i had spent more than that on parts.

As above. Used them many times with no problems, never had a leak. Exactly the same as fitting the original hose onto a standard washing machine tap. Can't envisage anything other than one of those being used to extend the inlet hose.

Option 1. Change the complete washing machine hose for a long version with no 'joiner' for two short ones in an awkward place that could potentially leak.
Commonest lengths are 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 metres. But they can be found up to 8 metres (8000mm, 800 cm). https://plumbing4home.com/long-washing-machine-hose-pipe-dishwasher-fill-water-inlet/
Option 2. Have a proper washer connection tap installed by a plumber in a location next to the washer that the proper short hose will reach.
