PCN & NTK 'switched' by Parking Company before Court !!

Appreciate any assistance here, please... Parking Company issued Notice To Keeper to me with photo etc. (no PCN ever issued). Subsequently, a Reminder was received. I replied to both allegations of contraventions (copies retained) Matter has now been taken to Court where, as evidence, Parking Company is referencing a different PCN number & with a different alleged contravention time & different 'charge' against me also (same date, photograph of my vehicle looks identical). How do I bring this 'anomaly' before the Court, please. ? Thank you.

Claim Form only refers to date of alleged contravention. Insofar as the original PCN received, late 2022, as already stated I wrote appealing NtK & Reminder Notices (Recorded Dely) but received no acknowledgment or reply. A Boilerplate Legal/Debt Collections' Co. began writing to me in early 2023 & quoting different PCN no. within their threats. I queried this. I have evidence of around a dozen letters to them querying this PCN no. No reply from them. Court action commenced late 2023. I filed my Defence & Counter-claim at Court. (PoC & Defence will be posted shortly) The Claimant responded to my Counterclaim only recently, FINALLY enclosing 'copies' of the (different numbered) PCN's I have been asking of them for over a year. Details show a Different Charge from that originally received & a different time of alleged contravention (1 minute different, same date quoted, & photo of vehicle identical).0

Many thanks re KADOE comment. However, research shows DVLA withdrew same on 15-Sep-2020; nothing appears to supersede it, despite FOI request.0
