Ba holidays

It’s great you got sorted. I’ve had the opposite result. We were downgraded last year (April)  & were to receive refund but didn’t. They keep telling me refunded to original payment method but will not provide proof they did. I know they didn’t as I have not received it! Also gave us prepaid compensation Mastercards which did not work!
