Purple haze CCTV

Hi

Why is my front CCTV  camera is showing a purple haze picture yet my rear camera is okay.

It has been like this for a few days now and unsure what to do as i have not altered anything

The NVR and IP cameras are Dahua and about 5 – 6 years old.

Any advice?

EDIT I have just turned the NVR off and restarted after a few minutes and now back to normal for some reason.


Spending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.

    I have had this also, and found that resetting it (Turn off, and on again) usually solves the problem

    Could it be struggling with that rare commodity, sunshine? Our camera at the front of the house was struggling at Christmas when we had flashing Christmas lights going and the camera colours showing were very variable at nighttime
