I have a long(ish) flight coming up later in the year and I'd like to have something to listen to.
What device do people use to do this and how do you get it onto your chosen device??

iPhone with something like apple music - you get a month free, just download a couple of albums and remember to cancel0

I use Castbox for podcasts.
Come on you Irons0 -
I pay a monthly subscription to Spotify so use that for my music and podcasts on my android phone. If I'm travelling I can download things in advance.
What device do you have and do you pay for any subscriptions currently?0 -
if you have a mobile phone use that.
either use the inbuild media player or download one of many apps. I use AIMP1 -
I use an mp3 player for battery length. A couple of days worth.
It also doesn't slide off my lap if I doze off. It's small, saves my phone battery.
Podcasts mostly BBC sounds or CD stories/comedy. Downloaded to laptop and dropped into the mp3I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
viral kindness .....kindness is contageous pass it on

I had an Ipod nano back in the day, so may look into an MP3 player.SPC 0370 -
