Self Employed Taxi / private hire Drivers , dont make much after costs

I have heard that UC is focusing on getting people into the trade, they are not explaining in detail the full ins and outs of the cost involved in doing this.

Its been a myth that private hire / taxi drivers make loads of money. I decided to show people just how hard it is before they get forced into something.

the other day i posted a short 10 min, It is how to make a spreadsheet that covers every cost (you can claim on your taxes) of being a driver and how much you have to earn per hour just to get min wage.  With the new piece of legislation that passed in parliament about gig work being submitted to HMRC i thought people may what to know this. Its the massive number of questions i get in my car about it i figure it would be good to post here show that taxi drivers really don't make as much as people think and as much as UC is telling people.

hope this helps someone, if your already in the trade you may wanna do this if you haven't already
