Hello everyone ,
I m considering investment options and came across an opportunity to invest in a loan note for Terra Firma Energy
My understanding its unsecure loan , but the company is well known .
I d like to know :
1- If you know people got success with their investment and got paid as agreed
2-Your opinion
3-What steps would you take if you were to invest with them ?

How did you come across this "opportunity"?1

1- If you know people got success with their investment and got paid as agreedThey are only as good until they fail. Without a good understanding of the company, you won't know in advance.
Broadly speaking, the interest rate offered as a guide to the risk. If its higher than bank lending then the banks are concerned enough not to lend the money. Its a lot higher than its riskier.3-What steps would you take if you were to invest with them ?I wouldn't. I wouldn't use unregulated investments in a single area with 100% loss potential. That is too high risk for me.
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. Investors in London Capital & Finance got paid. Until they didn't and it was found it was a ponzi scheme from the start. Why are you attracted to this rather than mainstream investments?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.1

It looks like they are progressing , as there are several reports covering that, including Yahoo news and more . It's a good sector, and energy won't go back cheap as used to be before . This is what attracted me to it in addition of course to interest rate they pay .
