Car Insurance up 50% again

Got my car insurance renewal in and for the second year in a row my Admiral Multi Car policy has gone up by around 50%
2 yrs ago we were £480 for a Kona and a Q3, last year that increased to £688 this year we’re just short of £1000
Tried all the comparison sites and I can’t get the combined cost to under the renewal costs.
in previous years we had alternated between Aviva and Admiral as they would undercut each other but the last couple of years Aviva have been less and less competitive.

Anyone know of other insurers who aren’t taking the mick?

Multi car is not often the cheapest way to insure cars these days, so maybe look at insuring them separately as and when each one is up for renewal.0

I’ve been on multi car for many years and both vehicles had their renewal dates synchronised by Admiral a long time ago.400ixl said:Multi car is not often the cheapest way to insure cars these days, so maybe look at insuring them separately as and when each one is up for renewal.I have actually looked at individual policies and can’t find a combination of providers on the comparison sites to beat the multi car price from Admiral.I’m just really annoyed that we’ve gone up so much.0 -
Tried for a multi quote on Mazda 6 Estate due now it was cheaper but the second car VW Passat estate taking the part year I reckon for the year it would have come in at around £900 + for the Passat so decided against and excepted the Mazda at £468AlanM said:
