Sold something Friday  , just low cost but it did have 2 unique bidders in on it. - buyer has so far not paid. Sent a polite message saying it was ready to be posted - I never send an invoice as it stops the 4 day clock. Then and only then I checked out buyers feedback.

117 feedback received, 26 left for others. Of those 26 feedback only 4 are positive, the rest are all neutral or neg. Buyer appears to whinge about everything, , 'not quite as blue as photo showed' , 'didn't arrive until day after EDD' ' found a flaw buyer said it was mentioned in description but I think they added it later' ....

Now I'm hoping they Don't pay !

Oh yes, not on ebay, but when I ran my own service led business there were sometimes potential customers I didn't want to deal with for a variety of reasons. I would have to appear to be particularly incompetant in pre-booking dealings in an attempt to put them off.

Yes, I know what you mean. I am currently selling a lock. The same person has asked the same question (with slight variations) three times over three days. I have answered each time and also pointed out that what he is asking about  is stated in the item description. I am sure that if he buys the item he will complain that the feature he asked about is not what he expected. I just know it!

If this is eBay you should be able to block them as an individual member.

I’m not sure what I achieve then except a negative for not sending, at least if I send it I stand a chance of not being left feedback at all.

Cancel the order. Tell buyer you dropped and broke it while packaging it.

the buyer will do a item not received and you then refund

And they can leave me feedback , so it’s probably easier for me to send item and hope she likes it. Still no payment though , although my last late payer actually paid about 15 minutes before the 4 days was up.

First instance of that gets you blocked by me, possibly harsh in some eyes, but I have almost no trouble with TSFEs these days.

I agree, block them.

My Non payer has already been blocked by me - regardless of whether or not they end up paying I can't be bothered to deal with people who mis use the feedback system like that.
