Better Me App and unauthorised Subscription

I’m hoping someone can help me.  I’d been contemplating with downloading the Better Me App (wall Pilates) as I want to get fit but don’t really have the time to go to the gym. Anyway, I went a head with a trial apparently costing £4.10. I filled out the details about weight, height etc so they can watch your progress with body/fitness change and PayPal detail to take the payment.  I then did the first Pilates session there and then online. All good or so it seemed but looking at an email I’ve received, it states I’ve signed up for 28 day subscription and I’ll be paying £37 at the end of this month.  Before reacting and trying to cancel straight away as I can’t afford this amount every month.  I’ve looked online for reviews about it and there seems to be a lot of negative reviews connected to trying to cancel subscriptions and people still being charged months after cancelling and in some cases people have been charged more and more a month!
My question is has anyone had a successful cancellation and if so, how have you managed this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

go to your paypal account, go to pre-authorised payment list and delete them.

Have you actually tried cancelling g or just working on what others have said? They have a cancellation policy, so use that, and then screen shot any response, or if it is a by phone only cancellation, make a note of the date and time . Do that and then cancel your recurring payment.

You do need to try and cancel first though, not just cancel the recurring payment.
