Natwest Shutting Down Virtual CC Buy Now Pay Later Accounts

in Credit cards
I just had a letter from Natwest to let me know that from the 7th May, they are closing the virtual CC accounts of people.
This virtual card came in very handy for me, it only had a 1k limit, could only be used online and split purchases into 4, interest free payments.
Now I always pay all of my cards in full every month. I don't like paying interest. But I'm very wary of using one of my regular cards with a much higher limit for online purchases.
It not a question of... if my details get stolen, but when they get stolen. It's why I stopped using my debit card for anything online several years ago after some one tried to use it on amazon... thankfully, I get near immediate notifications to my phone about transactions and was able to stop it very quickly.
So now I'm on the hunt for a replacement... low limit, virtual card with interest free payments.
Anyone know of any?

Can't help. But I think that NatWest is just ahead of the game on shutting BNPL accounts as I suspect most will go in the next year or two.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe and Old Style Money Saving boards. It's not a credit card, but with my Wise account I can create multiple virtual debit cards which I can freeze & unfreeze independently.
Mostly I use Paypal for online payments, but if I can't then I will unfreeze a virtual card, make the payment then freeze it again.
If I ever see an unauthorised payment attempted at some later date (which fails, of course, because the card is frozen) then I just delete the virtual card and create a new one.1 -

Paypal Credit lets you pay over 4 months interest free. Just need to spend £100 and make minimum payments until the period is almost up.0
