Terms and Conditions for Overnight Stay (Excluding Weekends) at Ashling Park:
Booking Confirmation: All overnight stays must be confirmed through a reservation made in advance. Bookings are subject to availability and must be made directly with Ashling Park reservation team.
Validity: This offer is valid for one overnight stay on a Thursday or Friday night, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday nights). This includes breakfast the following morning. Any additional activities/reservations are at an additional cost.
Reservation Changes: Any changes to the reservation date must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, subject to availability.
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is by 11am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
Payment Policy: A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation. Payment for the overnight stay will be processed upon check-in. All additional charges incurred during the stay will be settled upon check-out.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any cancellation charges.
Age Restriction: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book an overnight stay at Ashling Park Estate.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy per room is 2 guests. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on the premises, with an additional cleaning fee.
Smoking Policy: Ashling Park Estate is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking violations.
Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
Right to Refuse Service: Ashling Park Estate reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any guest who violates the terms and conditions or behaves in a manner that disturbs the peace and tranquility of the vineyard.
By booking an overnight stay at Ashling Park Estate, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
