Trying to find an old website from 2011

as I said, twice, it depends where it was hosted
so for example if it was hosted at GoDaddy then godaddy may well have archive backups0 -

so for example if it was hosted at GoDaddy then godaddy may well have archive backupsVery unlikely after 10+ years.Even the current T&Cs for GoDaddy says "You shall be solely responsible for undertaking measures to: (1) prevent any loss or damage to your website or server content; (2) maintain independent archival and backup copies of your website or server content ... Our servers are not an archive and we shall have no liability to you or any other person for loss, damage or destruction of any of your content". Other providers will have similar.
I suspect once the original payment window expired for hosting the provider would have just suspended the account and then eventually deleted the website and any back-ups.
