Hi 
Hope all are well 
I have the above and there seems to be a line across it from top to bottom and seems apps  going crazy 
Is there a way I can move my photos as seem the phone is on its last legs or any idea what it would cost to fix as the phone's sim does not work but i used to take photos and listen to you tube on wifi

If you've set up your Google backup your stuff should be there in your online account.

Connect the phone to a computer using your usual USB charging cable, the computer should recognise and install it as a device.

Then use File Explorer to navigate to your photos, normally the DCIM folder and copy those to your computer.

That works for Windows, MACs may differ.

can i do this on chrome book or just desk top ?

so the phone is on it last leg so need to sort this ASAP the line is from top to bottom

Do you ever try any of the suggestions people make or do you just ask more questions about them?

It's simple,
all you have to do is plug your phone into a pc/mac/Chromebook and see if you can explore its contents like you have been told 

If not, see if your photos appear on Google Photos in which case already sorted

Try the Chromebook, nothing bad can happen.

It'll certainly work on a desktop as long as the phone's OS is not corrupted.
