Every year we offer the chance for a lucky family to win an all expenses paid holiday in “Anchor at The Bay” – a 3 bedroom house sleeping 6 people.

The next available holiday is in March 2025 and will be available Friday 7th March 2025 – Monday March 10th 2025.

3 Bedrooms each with SMART TV

Luxury New bathroom and Kitchen

Large Kitchen and new furniture throughout

Separate Lounge with luxury corner leather recliner and SMART TV

Access to The Bay Filey leisure facilities – free use of pool, gym, sauna and steam

All cleaning, linen, laundry and energy use (not including EV charging)

This is not "all expenses paid" insofar as travel and meals are not included + winner must put down £150 refundable security deposit on the accommodation prior to stay (see T&C's).

Terms and Conditions

• There is no purchase necessary
• The contest ends at 8pm on Friday 7th February 2025
• The winner will be decided at random from all users who subscribed to our mailing list (and have remained on the mailing list as of 7th February 2025), from our previous guest list (who subscribed to marketing communications) or from people who have liked or followed our Facebook page / group.
• The winner will be chosen using google random generator and the winners name published on the Facebook page and our website
• Anchor Bay Holidays Limited is running the competition
• The prize is for a weekend away for up to 6 guests “Anchor at The Bay”
• Linen, Energy, and cleaning is included
• If the winner wants to use the EV charger then this is an additional extra
• The winner must provide their name, address, and email address after they “win” and please note a refundable damage deposit of £150 will be required in order for the free holiday to go ahead
• Only the winners name will be displayed on any media
• Travel to / from the property is not included
• If the dates are not available due to weather or other reasons outside the promotors control, then every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives
