Morning! Two birthdays today so off out later to deliver cards and have a meal..means I can foist some spicy pumpkin cake on some unsuspecting people too ....My it's cold and wet today...I might have to light a fire after unless it warms up. I'm not feeling going out but I do have to soI will gird my loins and wear my waterproof

Not a lot happening otherwise, the cats are being weird because they can't go out so lots of bannister scratching and fatty chasing the princess to play, and she doesnt want to play so there's hissing and all sorts. Going to make aother soup today, I have leeks to use up so a leek and potato soup it is.

Izzy, they'd better acknowledge your years of hard work otherwise they are just pointless people. If I still worked for them Id be asking myself if they're worth it at all after that and leave myself...but congratulations on making it to a good conclusion for you, enjoy the doing nothing for a while except I'm sure you won't be doing nothing...snoozer, hope they can identify the cause later on, poor thing. Rosy, good ot hear the injection is working. Mine in my foot has made such a difference. nanny, fingers crossed for dry weather for the procession! I remember having to wear the costume, judging by the photo's I was not a fan...:)

Another wordle player, it's something me and the OH do every day, that one and one called wordly [ unfortunately, i updated that one so I have to sit through ads now...We don't have start word, we just think of five letter one and away we go..I have noticed wordle is a bit of a swine for doubling up on letters...Take care all, stay dry and warm!
