Hugs to those that want/need them, those who are poorly and those who are looking after a poorly person x
Happy birthday to those with a birthday x
Still dark, cold, mixed weather forecast.
Dinner last night was stuffed peppers. Tonight I'm not sure what we'll be eating.
Normal list of chores to do.
Keep safe and well x

Morning All
Cold and frosty this morning and looks like it could be a nice day. I had a terrible night so could do with a bit of sunshine.
Hope little Esther had a good night and is on the road to recovery, hugs to you all.
Happy last day Izzy!
Really busy day at work yesterday, I got in at 7.30 to set up for Depute interviews and didn't stop all day. My very part time colleague had the day off to take her DD to a dance thing and my other colleague is still off sick so a busy day all round. I called in to see DD and the little one after work so all was well in the world.
Talking of DD, her flat sold yesterday for well over the asking price so she's over the moon. We'll have to go up soon as I took a lot of things there to make it look nice - could do with the bedding back!
Friday thank goodness, I'm going to Ikea with a pal after work for a nosy and something to eat - actually quite looking forward to it!
Take care. XX10 -
Good morning all, Hope everyone is ok.
I've just lost a post, so I'm gnashing my teeth.
Happy last day Izzy, and hoping the Snoozer family are picking up a bit.
Good wishes to all, hope everyone has a good day.
Take care folks.11 -
Morning all. Not quite frosty here but certainly very chilly. My long drive yesterday was mostly really lovely. For the first 10 or 11 miles the weather was awful then as I drove into beautiful clear and dry weather which gave fabulous views over to Arran. Had my hair cut / colour with great chat about music and food. I was home by half past three more than ready for food. This morning I'm heading north for some shopping, the fridge is practically empty, then I will do the monthly banking. Two niblings are arriving later on, probably not until late evening, so I may have a wee snooze before then.@Izzy - the final work day! Enjoy it, walk away and then forget all about it.Hugs to poorlies and GC too. Happy St. David's day to our Welsh wonders.PS - I've just read back the thread for yesterday to learn that Esther was hospitalised. 😰 @Snoozer, no doubt you've been awake all night, I hope there's good news today about her.10

Morning folks. I've just seen SNOOZER'S post from last night. I hope there is better news today and little Esther is soon on the mend. A worrying night for you all I'm sure.
The weather isn't doing anything at the moment so I hope the possibility of snow/sleet/hail has passed us by. But the sky looks none too promising.
I got a better offer yesterday so the kitchen and bathroom cleaning stopped half way through! DD texted to see if I fancied a run to the garden centre so of course I said yes. She wanted big planters and evergreens to surround the decking at the caravan. Her and youngest DGD are off over this w/e to make a start sorting everything out after everything from outside was rammed inside to over-winter!
IZZY ooh last day has finally arrived! Your bosses take the biscuit and I can see the business folding when you finish if they are so stressed and tired by doing nothing! I don't suppose you can expect a big thank you celebration for all your hard work.
CAMELOT well done to you and DD for getting such a quick sale on her flat. TAFF 12 birthdays this month?! Eeek! GERS I hope the fencing man put in an appearance. I don't know what's happened to all the reliable work people these days, they are few and far between.
Have a good day folks if you can and ((HUGS)) for our poorlies, poorly loved ones, sad and lonely. Take care one and all and be safe xx"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"12 -
Hope Esther is soon home x

Morning all
Happy St David’s Day to all who celebrate and happy first of the month to all.
Change of plan - trip to Wales postponed to next week - yesterday’s Snowdonia forecast was snow, of course that has changed now but the weather is still pretty grim.
Therefore I shall try to be productive - sometimes struggle to get motivated when I have a day free that I wasn’t expecting. Whatever I do it’s not going to be outdoors as it is torrential here.Snoozer - hope Esther is improving
Izzy - glide out of work with a smile and a wave! And look forward to your holiday
SuffolkSue - I’ve just started doing the New York Times WORDLE and their other free puzzles. I did get it today (a friend advised me, I always started with the word ROATE, gets you three vowels and two common consonants in there straightaway).
