Hi,

I purchased a mini projector from an advert on Instagram for £25 on the 20th of January and paid using my credit card.

Still not received the item, didn’t get an email to confirm my order.

I took a screenshot of the order and it was via Shop but I’m unable to sign in to this and track the order.

Emailed and sent direct messages with no reply so I’m taking this as a scam?

Is there anyway I can claim my money back?
