Natwest App - new customer

Good evening. New customer of Natwest, can access online banking via website but when entering customer number on app, tells me my account is blocked. Tells me to re-register, enter details (sort code, account number, postcode, name, D.O.B etc) then tells me I cant register using details provided.

Contact Natwest to be told, wait 48 hours and try again. I wait 48 hours, and back to square one - now told to wait another 48 hours. Clearly an issue with the details they have provided me or their systems.

Anyone else having similar issues?

  • Have you tried repeatedly to enter your details? If so then you get blocked for 48 hours. Don't attempt anymore registrations for the 48 hours and you should be able to register without any problems.
