  • We applied via a broker on Friday 22 November for a standard 90% LTV mortgage. On Monday 2 December, we were asked for proof that credit card’s had been cleared. Then, on Thursday 5 December, the offer was issued.

    Hey, we would like to know anyone experience when putting a mortgage application with NatWest.

    FTB with 10%. Joint applicant on perm salaries totally combined income of £105k

    DIP issued on 6/05/25
    FMA submitted on 8/5/25
    Valuation on the 14/05/25
