EDF deemed tariff - change to standard?

I contacted EDF today and was asked if I'd like to be changed from their deemed tariff to their standard tariff. I've told them I'm sure right now and will contact them when I have further information.
So I've been with EDF for about 2 years now, having transferred over from Utility Point who went under. Apparently I've been on the deemed tariff ever since, which is news to me. After logging into my EDF portal online, the tariff name is simply called "Deemed".
Also is there anywhere I can find the deemed prices? I was told the unit prices would remain the same, however the standing charge would come down very slightly - and every saving possible is worth having.

Price-wise, would I be any better or worse off changing from the deemed tariff to the standard tariff? Any gotchas I need to know of?

I aways thought a deemed tariff, was just the standard variable rate (SVR). To give you time to assess things, so you weren't tied into a fix.
What tariff do your bills say you're on?
It should show the unit rates too.0 -
My current prices exactly match the prices shown here: https://www.edfenergy.com/sites/default/files/2023-12/DM1903_Standard (Variable), Deemed and Welcome - standard, E7 and prepayment meters_EPG rates.pdfSo I don't think I'll be a single penny better off changing from deemed to standard.
