Energy Company threatening CCJ for money I don't believe I owe

I download all my energy bills to my PC, the PC HDD broke in 2022 so all the bills were lost, I thought I had also backed them up to a 256GB SSD but obviously I hadn't.
Ignore the letters until they send court paper then contest it they have to prove you owe the money. Unless they have evidence like bills that they are going to produce as evidence then you can request a copy of all the evidence they are going to produce in court, failure for them to do this might result in the case been thrown out if they do not send you a copy of all the evidence they have to set before the court.
IMHO most of these letters are a phishing exercise to get money from people that owe nothing because there is some money owing from people they cannot trace, they send letters to anyone with the same name as the account holder in the hope that the person who had the account will be one of those they sent the letter(s) too.Someone please tell me what money is0
