Can anyone advise on the nearest, pre-bookable car park to the Etihad stadium Manchester

We are going to a concert at the new Co-op Live stadium in Manchester which has been built next to the Etihad stadium and has no car parking of its own.

We will need 2 cars and will have 2 disabled people, one in a wheelchair with us.  Unfortunately the concert is also on a match day so getting close by and finding parking is going to be hell.

Its impossible to use public transport with our 2 disabled and with the football and 23,000 people attending the concert its going to be a nightmare.

I am hoping to find the nearest car park I can pre book for the 2 cars, then drop the passengers off and take the cars to the car park then walk back to the arena but obviously the nearer the better as we will have to leave the passengers stood about while we do that and the same when we leave the concert. The drivers could get a taxi back from the car park to the arena but due to the number of people I can see them being in short supply.
Im sure the crowds will be horrific so Im in a real quandry about the best way to manage it. Any suggestions please?

Do you have a blue badge? And have you tried to contact the co-op arena about parking if so? The website states that parking will be available for those with blue badges- or you could try www.your parking space.co.uk and see what you can book locally

Thank you for the reply. Yes we do have a blue badge but even though they say that parking will be available there are only a few spaces and cannot be reserved so there is a risk of getting there and not finding room .
Ive been and looed all round the area and given up trying to find somewhere now and have booked a mini bus to take and pick us up instead.

Have you tried yourparkingspace.co.uk or similar to park on someones drive or reserve a space in a car park? I always check the reviews and photos if available and have so far had good experiences with these for event parking.
