RM collection confirmation going into overdrive today!

I'm packing and labelling items ready for an RM collection tomorrow and the system seems to be going a little crazy. I've only booked 6 for collection so far (a couple of RM48 and the rest are large letters) and so far for those 6 items I have received 24 email confirmations of collection - I've never had these duplicates before.
