Terms and Conditions: This competition closes at 23:59 on March 28, 2024. One winner will be selected at random from ALL submissions made on Leeds Live after the closing date and will be contacted by Drive Fuze by email within 7 working days to arrange delivery of the prize, which will be within 28 days. The winner has 48 hours from the date of the notification email to claim their prize, failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

The prize: Includes a one-month subscription to any vehicle on the Drive Fuze fleet up to the value of £649 per month. Free vehicle delivery and collection is included – as is an optional additional driver. The subscription needs to be started and the car delivered before April 8, 2024.

The winner will have the option to extend the subscription beyond one month at which point they will be liable for the monthly cost. The winner will be liable for any damage to the vehicle and mileage over 1,000 miles per month – charged at 35p per mile and payable upon return of the vehicle. The winner will be liable for electric charging costs or fuel, and for any fines incurred whilst the vehicle is in their possession – there is a £50 admin fee to cover processing each fine. 

The vehicle must be driven within the UK. For an additional cost, insurance cover can be provided if the winner wishes to take the vehicle into the EU. The additional cost will be cost dependent on the length of time spent outside the UK. 

Acceptance of the driver’s registration application is subject to approval by Drive Fuze at its sole discretion.

Entrants must be aged between 25 and 74 and must meet Drive Fuze’s eligibility criteria. 

Prizes are non-transferable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative, photocopies will not be accepted. The prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the promoter nor any provider of any part of the prize will be responsible for any such costs.

The winner's contact details will only be used to ensure that prizes can be received and will be shared with the prize provider, Drive Fuze, to fulfil the prize. By entering the competition you agree to us sharing your email address with the prize provider for these purposes.
