1. The prize draw is open to all resident of the United Kingdom (excluding the Republic of Ireland), who are aged 18 or over, except employees and their families of Bloomsbury Publishing Plc (the promoter, “us” and “we”), its agents or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw.
2. This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. By answering the question on the website (”Entry”), you will automatically be added to the prize draw and are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. The prize draw will open on 27 th February 2024. Any Entry must be completed and received by us by midnight on the 2nd June 2024. Entries received after the closing date of the prize draw will not be considered.
4. Only one Entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry.
5. All Entries submitted to us will become our property on receipt and by submitting your Entry, you hereby assign any and all intellectual property rights in and to your Entry to us.
6. No responsibility will be accepted by us for any lost, delayed or incomplete or misdirected entries or entries that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Prize and winner 1. You will be in with a chance of winning a cruise with Virgin Voyages. Details as follows: - Valid for a complimentary Sea Terrace cabin for 2 people, including taxes and fees - Eligible sailings: 2024 European voyages departing from Portsmouth, Barcelona or Athens between May 5 - Oct 20, 2024 (some blackout dates may apply) - Book by: Oct 18, 2024 (Booking window closes 48 hours prior to the voyage start) - Passengers need to be 18+ and in line with Virgin Voyages ticket contract which is available here. - Winners will need to make their own way to the cruise starting point and expenses will not be covered. 2. There is no cash alternative to this and the prize is not transferable or exchangeable. 3. Expenses and costs not stated as part of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. 4. The winner to be chosen at random by an independent person on the 3rd June 2024. 5. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 17th June 2024 and must confirm that they are a UK resident to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to us within seven days of being notified by us, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 7. The winner’s name, image and likeness may be used by us in any media and we may require the winner to participate in publicity or advertising related to the prize draw.
