Contact details for collection

Hi, I sold an item to be collected and the buyer has paid. I have an email from ebay telling me to contact the buyer to arrange collection.
I tried to send a reply with my address and phone number to arrange collection but ebay blocked it as it contained my contact details.
My question is, has ebay given my contact details to the buyer already? If not how do I send them?

This can be an issue, ebay rules say that once a sale has been completed you can exchange details , I've had this issue though with the ebay bots still blocking me. I ended up having to phone ebay and try to get them to understand that this is a completed ebay sale - it was sold on their site and I needed to let buyer know where to collect.
Ebay CS did suggest at first to send only a brief message , just one collection detail- like a phone number or email address. I did eventually get my phone number across and buyer was able to text me to get my details. They also told me that the buyers email address was available on the payment page- but in this instance it was blank.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I've got round it before by typing out words for address. ie. For house No. 5, postcode ne5 2bt...I write in a message "five...enn ee five too bee tee". Works for me !!0

What Three Words might help? Or send them your mobile number written out as words "zero six nine" etc etc so they can message you.0

Thanks
I found his phone number on the drop down on the order details page so I rang and left a message. Then I messaged him on ebay to alert him that the call was me, not junk.
