THE PRIZE

The prize, provided by Trailfinders,is a trip to Western Australia for one lucky winner and a friend including return economy flights with Qatar Airways from London, Manchester, Edinburgh or Birmingham to Perth, 3 nights hotel in Perth based on twin share room and 10 nights Apollo motorhome. The travel period for this prize is valid from 1 May 2024 to 31 March 2025.  However, departures from the UK are excluded during the peak travel period from 1 December 2024, to 31 January 2025. There is one prize available to be won.

Winners are responsible for visa(s), passport(s), and transportation to and from the specified departure city, and/or accommodation, meals, drinks and other travel expenses (including in respect of any quarantine or isolation requirements that may be in operation) during the trip to Western Australia beyond what is outlined above. Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize, beyond what is outlined above, that the winners or their guests incur are the sole responsibility of the winners or their guests.

Travel insurance is not included but Trailfinders can arrange this on request, for an additional fee. The winner is responsible for organising their own passport and visas. Trailfinders Visa Service will be able to assist with these arrangements, for an additional fee.

The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives. The prize tickets will be issued as electronic tickets. Travel is subject to availability and flight schedules are subject to change without notice.

Winners must travel together with their companion and must have valid government-issued documents as required for the itinerary and be legally able to travel without a legal guardian or parent. Travel is on Qatar Airways operated flights only. For avoidance of doubt, travel on any code share partners/flights, oneworld alliance, and interline partnership are excluded. 

The prize tickets do not entitle the ticket holder to any mileage credit (e.g. Avios) as part of the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program.

Winners must provide full details of their guest so that vouchers, tickets and packages can be issued.
