Hi I'm with OVO and my fix tariff is coming to a end in April I'm thinking of switching to eon next. But not sure what is going to happen to electric prices in the coming year so don't know what tariff to go on my average monthly bill is around £60 and I'm all electric

Why have you chosen Eon next? Is there reasoning behind your usage or a particular E7 tariff?Osmanator62k said:Hi I'm with OVO and my fix tariff is coming to a end in April I'm thinking of switching to eon next. Perhaps OP is thinking of switching to their pledge - which isn't really a fix - but a cap tracker - so can actually get more expensive if cap does.At one stage IIRC it was about the only 1 yr fix being recommended by ML and the MSE team - given the forecast price drops - e.g.But now we have had the 4.xp announced for Apr - I thought this might have changed - given CI were forecasting electricity bouncing back c2.4p on ave in Q4 ( but then they were underestimating Q2 - at 23.27 vs Ofgem 23.77 at one stage recently).Would need to read full MSE article again - as at least pricing for some updated today.

For an all-electric property £60 is quiet lowOsmanator62k said:,...... average monthly bill is around £60 and I'm all electric
Is this based on your actual readings ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
