Holiday Extras Refusing Cash Refund - Trying it On ?

on a similar note 5 years ago just prior to covid I had an horrendous flight with a certain UK Airline and a response that admitted they had broken International Law with regard to disabled passengers. I ended up in hospital following this flight during which time my family brought this to their attention. No actual money was involved and I was given some club points against a future flight. As we know travel has been in turmoil and it has taken to now for me to feel confident to fly again. My point - the points I was given are virtually valuless now and the airline is not interested. So whatever grievances you have act quickly to get what you think you are entitled to.0
